Horseback riding is an athletic pursuit that teaches children and teens the value of practice, patience and determination. Not only that, but it's fun! For this very reason, our summer language programs provide an excellent opportunity for our participants to learn and improve horseback riding skills.
The program consists of 6 horseback riding lessons per week, for a total of 12 lessons (9 hours) per two-week period. Students will learn various riding techniques, always keeping the riding level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) of the student in mind.
The summer horseback riding optional sports program is offered in the following camp(s):
Campers who sign up for horseback riding at sports camp will have 30 hours of horseback riding lessons during their 2-week camp session. Classes will take place in the morning and the afternoons will be busy with other sports, excursions, workshops and activities.
